Born from love and loss, created to bring light through the shadows.
“Painting Through Grief” is my journey — art became the way I learnt to breathe again. Each card in this collection pairs heartfelt words with a soulful animal guide, gently reminding you: you are not alone.

This first set includes 7 affirmation cards, plus a bonus 8th card — a template for you to colour or paint as part of your own creative healing. On the reverse of this card, you’ll find small acts of comfort that helped me personally through grief — from painting and writing, to simply finding courage to be among others.
Each piece carries a message of courage, comfort and connection, offering space to honour the love that remains and the life that continues.
