Returns and refund policy

Please let us know by email : chris@christinegilbertart.com before you return any item. If we approve your reason for return we will issue you with a returns label.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If there’s a problem with your order you must let us know immediately
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

Damages
Please check the parcel and goods as soon as they arrive for any damage or defects so we can deal with the problem straight away.

Because most items are printed or made to order we can not refund unless they are faulty. Always speak to us if you have a problem.
Anything customised can not be refunded.

When returning any item please make sure it’s in the same wrapping with any labels still on. Items must be in the same condition and not been used or worn.
Once we have the items back we will check them over and let you know if we approve a refund.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment, please remember this can take a few days depending on the bank used.

Sale items
We do not give refunds on sale items or gift cards
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
